Wheels and Axles

Transitair-TTA has recently augmented its truck/bogie related capabilities by adding an AAR Certified state-of-the-art Wheel & Axle assembly operation. 

The operation is highly integrated and automated and performs,tracks, charts and ensures that the performance parameters are met and complied with.

The facilities can accommodate all levels of new wheel & axle assembly requirements up to and including very high-speed trucks and locomotives.  We also undertake overhaul contracts, i.e. where the existing wheel & axle assembly are requalified and reassembled.
